Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partnered factory warehouses located mainly in Asia. Please note that your items may be shipped separately, as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

 

What about sustainability?

Our affection for nature is not only poetic, we support the pressing urgency of environmental protection. So, isn’t it ecologically irresponsible to ship tons of packages around the globe?
Of course, buying from local manufacturers is always best.

Yet if this is not an option, buying directly from the factory may indeed save carbon emissions: The product is being shipped only once, directly to the consumer, instead of twice, where it first goes to the retailer’s warehouse. No such warehouse also means no electricity, heating etc, as well as no administration, land transport or repackaging. Unbelievably, the amount of packaging in which store-bought items usually arrive at the retailer’s branch is unfortunately no less that what is used to send an item singularly via mail. Private persons are further also more likely to recycle packaging than warehouses.

 

Pay-it-forward

We at ZAYA make regular monthly donations to wonderful nonprofit organisations such as Charity:WaterChildren International and Avaaz, and all our shipments are 100% carbon offset via Pachama.

 

Will my items be packed safely?

All our items are packed for proper safety to avoid damage, which we very rarely experience. Should you ever receive a damaged item we will refund you right away. Do expect our packaging to be simple and without fuss, in order to save you money which is better spent elsewhere... maybe on some seeds to plant beautiful flowers ;-)

 

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched and to arrive?

Usually your order is dispatched within 2 business days, while at peak times (such as before summer holidays and festive seasons) it may take up to 6 business days to dispatch.
Delivery times depend on your national postal service, but tend to be between 1-3 weeks for most of Europe and the USA/UK/Canada/Australia, and 1-6 weeks for all other countries.

"Worldwide" means 

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.


Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?


Yes, all customers will receive an order number upon placing their order.

Do you only speak English?

Don't worry! We offer fluent customer service in German, Swedish, Hebrew and English. For any other languages, we'd use Google Translate ;-)


Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

Yes, you can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure and are SSL-encrypted to protect your data!


If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

No, we never ever sell our customers information! Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 


Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

Usually and for most countries, you will not have to pay customs.

Yet it depends on where are you located and if the total value of your package content surpasses your country's tax free threshold. Note that many of our items may be sent separately, even if they're on the same order bill, which means the likelihood of your package value exceeding such a threshold is quite low.
