All products come with a generous Full Replacement or Refund Warranty for 30 days after purchase, no questions asked!
If your item does not match the description, if it is defective or damaged in transit, or the wrong item was shipped, please contact us right away and we will arrange to have a replacement item delivered, or refund your payment in full, whichever you prefer.
Please do not use the product, and write to us explaining the situation, with descriptive photos or videos, at support@zayakids.com
NOTE: This policy does not cover your misuse or accidental damage of the product.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange any product for 30 days, so please write to us right away at support@zayakids.com if something is amiss. If 30 days or more have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange anymore.
If you choose to return or exchange a product (and hence our above warranty does not apply) your item must be mailed to the factory at your own cost in unused condition, complete with tags and in the original packaging. Please keep your postal receipt stating the date.
If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, also first send us an email at support@zayakids.com
Goods that are exempt from being returned or exchanged are products that may distribute germs, such as pacifiers, underwear etc.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
